Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized maintenance aligning with service standards
• Oversee daily upkeep of guest and public spaces
• Execute landscaping and grounds tasks as needed
• Manage projects like painting, carpentry, and equipment upkeep
• Participate in a structured preventative maintenance program
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in hospitality maintenance preferred
• Must hold a valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting up to 35 lbs
