Your role in the Training Centre Operations will be vital to maintain high standards for our programs in Civil Aviation and Defense & Security. You will collaborate with Tactical Flight Instructors, enhancing the quality of training delivery while managing simulator deficiencies efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact mission preparedness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine training courseware and delivery mechanisms
• Collaborate with software developers for integration support
• Monitor testing and validation of training devices
• Work closely with instructors for effective training solutions
• Ensure all defects in simulation training are addressed early
Requirements:
• Must have 600 hours as a CC130J Aircraft Commander
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and detail orientation
• Understanding of training standards and protocols
• Must have eligibility for Canadian work and security clearances
