Location: Nanoose Bay
Part-Time Facility Maintenance.
The Facility Maintenance worker will be responsible for all aspects of general property caretaking. This position would be ideal for someone who loves the outdoors and working hard. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Applicants with experience in landscaping, outdoor labour, or property maintenance will be given consideration.
Job Responsibilities
- Facility maintenance – perform routine operational and maintenance duties.
- Remove garbage / waste materials / recycling from Shop and Show Room.
- Maintain the yard, remove shrubs, rake gravel to ensure a pot-hole free lot.
- Run Parts for technicians from warehouse to shop.
- Assemble and disassemble of office furniture and equipment.
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed, request additional supplies when running low.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience and Skills
- Willing to work outside in the elements
- Reliable and efficient.
- Must have own transportation or access to transit.
- Open to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
