Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facility performance and reliability across all areas
• Lead preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems
• Manage facility renovations and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Provide clear reporting on facility conditions and risks
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in facility operations management
• Education in engineering, technology, or skilled trades preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• Experience with in a high-security or manufacturing environment
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
