This position will see you reporting to the Manager of Group Underwriting, where you will engage in pricing and assessing risks for Group Life, Disability, Health, and more. You will renew business and collaborate with the sales team, focusing on both meeting client expectations and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle renewals and client quotations within service parameters
• Grasp underwriting tools and market conditions
• Evaluate financial risks of each Group Benefits offering
• Strengthen partnerships with sales teams for effective client support
• Meet and anticipate client needs creatively
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills required
• Experience with Microsoft and Excel necessary
• Effective decision-making skills under pressure
• Proven time management and organization abilities
• Bilingual English/French is a plus
