Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Lead Role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead will report to the Director of Finance and be responsible for budgeting, scenario analysis, and financial model enhancement. You will work closely with leadership and various business units to deliver insights that guide performance tracking and financial oversight.
Your role will directly support initiatives like mergers and finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the annual budgeting coordination with finance leaders
• Maintain and improve financial modeling for projections
• Assess performance against forecasts and uncover insights
• Support operational decision-making through financial analysis
• Participate in organizational improvement projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• 5–7 years in a relevant financial role
• Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI
• Strong analytical abilities in financial modeling
