Key Responsibilities
- Assess bond pricing, yield curves, and spread analysis for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate trading logic across rates, credit, and structured products
- Design market scenarios reflecting real-world trading behavior and edge cases
- Review execution strategies, risk positioning, and relative value decisions
- Provide structured feedback to enhance output quality and market alignment
Core Requirements
- Strong expertise in fixed income markets including rates, credit, or securitized products
- Hands-on familiarity with trading workflows, price discovery, and order execution
- Deep understanding of bond math including duration, convexity, and yield dynamics
- Ability to break down complex trades into clear, logical reasoning
- Consistent analytical precision with high attention to detail
