Position: Founder’s Associate for AI Governance
Support Imaginal Canada’s AI governance campaign in Vaughan, Ontario, as the Founder’s Associate. This role combines administrative excellence with technical tasks and growth opportunities.
As the Founder’s Associate, you’ll work closely with the founder to protect their time, manage scheduling, and assist with research and correspondence. Your quick learning will include navigating Claude Code and the campaign’s technical aspects. Prepare for a dynamic environment where every day brings new tasks, from logistics to digital support, as the campaign evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage email triage and calendar, maintaining inbox zero
• Draft stakeholder correspondence and meeting preparation
• Learn and navigate Claude Code for project builds
• Assist with research, errands, and event logistics
• Adapt to various tasks as the campaign develops
Requirements:
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with administrative tasks in dynamic settings
• Comfortable using CLI tools and ready to learn
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Background in volunteer or nonprofit work a plus
