As a Customer Service Representative (Motivator), you are the first point of contact in the Club, responsible for providing a warm atmosphere and assisting both Members and Potential Members.
Your role will emphasize answering inquiries, checking in Members, and showcasing expertise in Club services, amenities, and fitness initiatives. Your knowledge will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in Members upon arrival
• Assist Potential Members and direct them promptly
• Handle incoming calls within three rings
• Provide support on Fit Fix and cardio machines
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the Club
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification needed within 3 months
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
