Key Responsibilities:
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across frontend and backend
• Define full-stack technical roadmap and architectural strategy
• Address systemic technical debt and scalability challenges
• Elevate engineering through mentorship and best practices
• Represent engineering in strategic planning and technical decisions
Requirements:
• 12+ years of software development experience
• Mastery of React/Type Script and Elixir, including performance optimization
• Experience in large-scale distributed systems and architectural patterns
• Proven ability in establishing comprehensive testing strategies
• U.S. Citizenship with required security clearance
