This role calls for a caring and skilled Staff Nurse committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct assessments, manage medication administration, and perform wound care. Additionally, you’ll prepare daily medications and ensure proper monitoring of vital signs for optimal resident health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver clinical care to all elderly residents
• Conduct resident assessments and provide nursing procedures
• Manage and pack daily medications for residents
• Perform complex wound dressings and monitor vital signs
• Engage with residents to ensure comfort and well-being
Requirements:
• Diploma in Nursing essential
• Registered with the SNB in Singapore
• Relevant post-basic qualification preferred
• A minimum of 1-year nursing experience required
• Positive and cheerful attitude towards eldercare
