Join Equitable as a Group Administration Specialist and support our commitment to client satisfaction in a hybrid role based in Waterloo, ON. You’ll manage group insurance maintenance and ensure accuracy in member information.
In this permanent full-time role, you’ll interact with external clients and internal teams, delivering exemplary service through effective communication and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include updating member data, administering pay direct drug cards, and assisting with medical underwriting. Emphasizing collaboration and accuracy, you’ll contribute to a purpose-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client service to advisors and plan members

• Administer pay direct drug cards using provider software

• Update plan member information and validate results

• Facilitate new group policy administration processes

• Assist with policy renewals for accuracy
Requirements:

• 2+ years of group insurance experience preferred

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks effectively
