DelGate Logistics is a fast-growing Canadian 3PL specializing in big & bulky warehousing and nationwide white-glove delivery. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator who can drive leads through paid ads and strong video content.
This role is execution-heavy — ideal for someone who knows how to run campaigns and create content that actually converts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Plan and create video content (UGC-style, ads, short-form, LinkedIn content)
- Work closely with sales to drive qualified inbound leads
- Test creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversions
- Help manage email campaigns and retargeting flows
- Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns
- Support brand growth through consistent, high-quality content
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing or growth roles
- Strong hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta + Google required)
- Comfortable being involved in video content creation (shooting, scripting, or directing)
- Understanding of what makes content convert (not just look good)
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
- Fast-paced, execution-focused mindset
Must-Have
- You are good at paid ads (this is core to the role)
- You are comfortable creating or managing video content
- You understand performance marketing, not just branding
