The GTM Strategy & Operations Manager position is a cornerstone within Apollo.io’s Revenue Operations team. You will collaborate with BI, Sales Ops, and Finance to create a reliable source of truth and develop GTM performance metrics. Your expertise will inform strategy and operations while driving critical analytics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain source-of-truth reporting on ARR metrics
• Partner with BI to create scalable data models and dashboards
• Define and operationalize core GTM metrics and definitions
• Develop SQL-based analyses for forecasting and performance tracking
• Support analyses for channel performance and funnel optimization
Requirements:
• Expert-level SQL skills and complex query building
• Strong experience with Salesforce data and architecture
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau
• 5+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations roles
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
