Position: Head Custodian Role at HFCRD
Join HFCRD as a Full Time Head Custodian mas More School, beginning May 15, 2026. This role focuses on maintaining school cleanliness and supervising custodial staff.
We are looking for a reliable Head Custodian for a fixed term appointment until July 31, 2026. You will follow a split-shift schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reporting to the School Principal and coordinating with the Operations and Facilities Manager, you will ensure high standards in custodial operations, contributing to a Christ-centered environment dedicated to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness of school facilities and grounds
• Carry out daily and seasonal cleaning tasks
• Supervise custodial assistants and manage team operations
• Maintain safety standards in compliance with provincial requirements
• Handle minor maintenance and heavy lifting requirements
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and reliability in assigned tasks
• Background or experience in custodial services
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Experience in supervising staff effectively
