At Age Care, you will be a vital part of the care team, working under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Your responsibilities include providing resident-focused care, observing changes in resident status, and participating in developing personalized Nursing Care Plans. You’ll collaborate with fellow team members to ensure holistic care for residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive, resident-focused care daily
• Monitor and report changes in resident status
• Assist in developing the Nursing Care Plan
• Support residents in mobility and community activities
• Ensure safety and report any unsafe situations
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Ability to perform lifting and transferring tasks
