In this Mon-Fri position, you will undertake heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, including conducting CVIPs for our trucks and trailers. Ideal candidates will boast a strong background in mechanical repair, ensuring that our transportation fleet remains in excellent condition to serve clients across Western Canada. A forklift certificate and class 3 license would enhance your application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and service a variety of heavy-duty vehicles
• Carry out CVIP inspections on fleet
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively
• Keep the workshop and equipment in top condition
• Document all maintenance and repairs performed
Requirements:
• Licensed Heavy Duty Journeyman Mechanic status
• Prior experience in heavy-duty mechanics
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• Forklift certification and class 3 license are pluses
• Adherence to safety standards is essential
