Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects for manufacturing efficiency
• Execute RCCA projects and report findings to management
• Develop engineered cost estimates for composite manufacturing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing engineering
• Capability to use advanced mathematical concepts
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to travel domestically as needed
