As an IT Systems Administrator, you will partner with HFL’s Director of Technology to manage and optimize software systems, including Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365. Your contributions are essential for facilitating effective technology solutions and ensuring a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and support
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant and user permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software technical issues
• Support the development of internal application initiatives
• Document IT processes and security measures
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experience
• Experience with Microsoft products and SaaS platforms
• Adept at supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Basic networking and security knowledge
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
