With at least seven years of experience in electrical engineering processes, your role will involve defining new architectures and conducting thorough testing to maximize performance. You will take ownership of technical issues, providing guidance to teams and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and create high voltage process/device architectures
• Conduct design experiments (DOEs) for performance improvement
• Design robust methodologies for process advancements
• Interact with cross-functional teams for device simulation
• Lead problem-solving initiatives in technical processes
Requirements:
• Masters or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in high voltage CMOS/BCDMOS
• Strong foundation in device physics and rules creation
• Resourceful with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SiView is a plus
