In this full-time position, you will coordinate Stantec’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) program within the North America Infrastructure Business Operating Unit. Your expertise will help solve complex problems, support leadership through coaching, and drive process improvements aligned with HSSE strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently resolve HSSE issues in operational control
• Investigate incidents and track preventative actions
• Coach business leadership on HSSE requirements
• Conduct field assessments and safety training
• Support integration of HSSE systems with client requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in health and safety role
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• CRSP certification is an asset
• Knowledge of Canadian HSSE regulations
