As a Process Analyst III, you will report to the Manager of TDS G&C and primarily focus on effective internal control testing per 2nd line functions. Your skills in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and governance will play a crucial role in enhancing compliance measures within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient internal control testing across TDS Businesses
• Develop Testing programs to detect internal process gaps
• Conduct ongoing testing and track exceptions for resolution
• Assess Key Risk Indicators for program enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to improve and remediate internal controls
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk or audit
• Minimum 2 years of RCSA experience
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables)
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
