In this planning role, you’ll report directly to the Mill Chief Planner while developing effective maintenance strategies and project timelines. Your key focus will be on mechanical maintenance, shutdown planning, and collaborating with various teams, including engineering and supply chain, to optimize operations. You’ll also play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvements across processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scope and create detailed maintenance plans
• Keep a ready-to-schedule maintenance backlog
• Define work scope for shutdown activities
• Coordinate planning meetings with stakeholders
• Analyze performance gaps and refine maintenance forecasts
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in asset management
• Proven skills in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Eager to adopt best practices in maintenance scheduling
