Position: Indigenous Youth Coordinator at Jack.org
Empower Indigenous youth through mental health advocacy as the Coordinator . Engage with communities, facilitate workshops, and coordinate impactful programming for youth across Canada.

In this full-time 1-year contract, you will coordinate Jack.org’s Indigenous programming, assisting youth to become confident mental health advocates. With a focus on relationship building, you will be the primary contact for Indigenous youth, schools, and community partners. Develop welcoming, inclusive environments and ensure programs are culturally relevant and responsive to needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Indigenous-focused activities for various programs

• Serve as the primary contact for Indigenous youth

• Facilitate workshops and youth engagement activities

• Develop relationships with schools and organizations

• Maintain program records and support evaluations

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Experience working with Indigenous youth preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
