Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Level 2 Building Operator plays a crucial role within the building operations team. This position requires expertise in HVAC, mechanical systems, and customer service, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency. Candidates must possess a 4th Class Power Engineer certificate and experience in commercial high-rise building operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address tenant service requests with excellent support
• Assist supervisors with mechanical system repairs
• Install and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules
• Monitor automation control systems
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer certificate required
• Minimum 3 years in building operations
• Intermediate skills in Yardi and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes
