Position
Investment Associate – Sudbury, Canada
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution of portfolio changes and ongoing investment management.
- Monitor portfolios, conduct rebalancing, and contribute to tactical asset allocation adjustments.
- Assist in the development and refinement of model portfolios.
- Prepare investment analysis and reporting to support client reviews, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions, trends, and investment opportunities through internal and external research.
- Leverage research from RBC Portfolio Advisory Group and RBC Capital Markets to support portfolio positioning.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional client service experience by supporting the broader team in their advisory roles.
Required Experience
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE.
- Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to supporting high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to team success.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and committed to ongoing professional growth.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures.
- CFA or CIM certification (asset but not required).

Salary
Annual salary range: $37,500.00 – $50,000.00. Variable incentive potential up to 1.0x salary.
Location and Working Conditions
1361 Paris St., Greater Sudbury/Grand Sudbury, Canada. Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Regular employment type, salaried pay.
