As an IT Systems Analyst II, your responsibilities will include effectively managing escalated service requests and offering insightful training to clients. You will leverage your expertise in various technologies, from networking to server management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through timely and effective solutions. Your proactive approach aligns with VC3’s mission to empower municipalities and organizations with stellar IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage escalated service requests and incidents
• Train VC3 clients on IT best practices and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across diverse technologies
• Handle technical administrative tasks, including malwares removal
• Identify recurring issues and create tickets for improvements
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience required
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DHCP, and network technologies
• Strong understanding of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
• Good analytical skills to solve complex technical issues
• Desired certifications: CCNA, VMware, or Azure
