What You’ll Do
- Analyze and map end-to-end service delivery processes with a focus on manual workflows
- Identify modernization opportunities through process re-engineering, digitization, automation, and AI
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to assess efficiency, quality, and improvement potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, technology, data, privacy, and cybersecurity teams
- Develop executive-level reports, insights, and a phased modernization roadmap
- Support high-level change management to enable successful adoption
