Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Power BI migration, optimization, and dashboard/report development.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Architect scalable Power BI solutions including semantic models, DAX measures, and dataflows.
- Oversee governance, licensing optimization, and performance tuning of Power BI assets.
- Mentor offshore team members and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Drive usage analytics and report rationalization using AI-based accelerators (e.g., CodeExpress).
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in BI and analytics.
- Expert in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Databricks).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and report lifecycle management.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in BI environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
