Duration: 12 – Month Contract
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager, Planning & Execution to support the Everyday Banking Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, optimize the customer experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting Everyday Banking acquisition initiatives.
- Define campaign strategies that maximize customer acquisition, revenue, and customer experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external creative/media agencies to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of advertising, promotional, communication, and merchandising materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, media, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop campaign measurement, monitoring, and tracking plans to evaluate performance.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend creative marketing solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and business objectives.
- Apply sound judgment to resolve marketing and campaign-related challenges.
- Support risk management practices by ensuring campaigns align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
