As an experienced Laboratory Technician 3, you will be responsible for collecting, receiving, and preparing clinical samples for testing. This position requires good communication skills and may involve assisting in staff training and rotating through various tasks across different campuses. You will also ensure that unsuitable specimens are properly identified and resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and receive clinical samples for testing
• Prepare samples for diagnostic analysis
• Identify and resolve unsuitable specimens
• Assist in training for new staff members
• Rotate through different specified job functions
Requirements:
• Diploma in medical laboratory program or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience required
• Knowledge of laboratory principles and practices
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
