Key Responsibilities:
• Lead detailed architectural estimation from RFP to submission
• Perform quantity takeoffs for various project scopes
• Develop direct cost estimates for labor and materials
• Analyze labor productivity within multiple environments
• Support estimate reviews and risk assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or relevant field
• At least 8 years in industrial construction
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to obtain OPG clearance
