Position: Lead Pastor for Spiritual Growth and Community
Location: Ladysmith
Seeking a Lead Pastor to inspire growth and spiritual engagement within a midsize church affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. This is a call for a dedicated leader.
Qualified candidates will possess current PAOC credentials or be willing to pursue them. Your experience as a lead or associate pastor, along with strong biblical knowledge, will equip you to lead effectively. You will partner with the Board on operational management, vision creation, and church growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct church operations, including financial planning
• Equip and mentor ministry staff and volunteers
• Lead renovations in coordination with church needs
• Develop and communicate a vision for growth
• Create a warm and welcoming church atmosphere
Requirements:
• Ordained with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
• Significant recent ministry experience
• Strong scriptural communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in theology or related fields preferred
• Integrity and approachability in leadership
