In this vital role, direct reporting to VP Noah Warder allows you to translate strategic initiatives into effective programs. You will support HR Business Partners while establishing an inclusive workplace aligned with company values. This position is centered on championing DEIB initiatives and developing impactful HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment enhancements for diverse candidates
• Develop HR Business Partner career plans
• Revamp performance review processes
• Establish a clear P&C dashboard and metrics
• Support and implement sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• Extensive HR experience, specifically in leadership
• Understanding of DEIB frameworks
• Relationship-focused approach to HR management
• Ability to improve HR metrics and audits
• Experience with mentoring and coaching methodology
