Eli’s Place is dedicated to creating a sustainable therapeutic community for youth aged 18 to 35 struggling with serious mental illness. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, develop policies, and ensure quality care in a collaborative environment. Engage actively with both guests and staff to integrate meaningful work and community into the recovery process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of a new clinical care model
• Implement therapeutic community practices effectively
• Supervise the clinical team and staff training
• Uphold regulatory compliance and standards
• Facilitate continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Relevant graduate qualification in mental health field
• Proven clinical experience with serious mental illness
• Background in long-term care or therapeutic communities
• Experience in clinical team leadership and development
• Familiarity with mental health service regulations in Ontario
