• Develop and update resident care plans with care team
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

• Support and mentor Health Care Aides in care delivery
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing school
• Current BC nursing license with CPR certification
• Experience in residential care is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts
