As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Age Care, you’ll work under the Director of Care to provide essential nursing services. Your responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, managing care plans, and delivering compassionate care. Your leadership will help facilitate seamless transitions for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate as a member of the inter‑professional care team
• Conduct and maintain accurate clinical assessments
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans
• Assist with resident care conferences scheduling
• Administer medications and document care accurately
Requirements:
• Practical Nurse Diploma from an accredited institution
• Current registration in good standing in Alberta
• 3+ years of experience in seniors’ health care
• CPR certification and computer proficiency
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
