This role involves managing adult patients with diverse medical conditions and contributing to academic pursuits with the University of Toronto. As part of a dynamic Internal Medicine Division, you will engage in an innovative and collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient and inpatient care for adult patients
• Conduct evaluations, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Manage complex multi-system conditions with specialty coordination
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage
• Offer patient education and counseling for wellness improvement
Requirements:
• Experience in General Internal Medicine required
• Eligible for College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario membership
• Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
