Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for customer marketing use cases such as segmentation, personalization, churn prediction, and recommendation systems
- Work with large-scale datasets using PySpark and big data frameworks (Hadoop/Spark)
- Develop and optimize ML models using Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
- Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for ML workflows and deployment
- Continuously evaluate and implement new ML techniques and tools
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Machine Learning and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
