Under the guidance of the Director of Project Development, the Maintenance Manager plays a key role in ensuring safety and operational excellence at our facilities. You will implement and improve the preventative maintenance program, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Your responsibilities will also encompass emergency procedures, maintenance record keeping, and budget planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage the preventative maintenance program
• Conduct safety inspections and address any hazards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
• Oversee building conditions, repair needs, and waste management
• Support the fire safety program and emergency preparedness
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification relevant to building maintenance
• Minimum 5 years management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and management software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical capability to fulfill job duties
