• Acquire the customer list and product offers promptly
• Deliver the initial functional product using AI technologies
• Prioritize features requested directly by customers
• Maintain top-notch standards in code and performance
• Assist with customer integrations and demos with leadership support
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in shipping SaaS solutions
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI technologies
• Proven record as a founding engineer or technical lead
• Full-time commitment required on-site in Kelowna
• Autonomy in early-stage product development environments
