Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor guest flow and identify service improvements
• Compile photo documentation for reporting purposes
Requirements:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or Food Service Management
• Minimum 3 years in project management roles
• Strong supplier coordination and logistics skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English;
Spanish or French appreciated
