Overview
Seeking a Junior Material Coordinator to support project teams by managing materials, SAP transactions, and coordination across engineering, warehouse, and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Bills of Materials (BOM) with engineering teams
- Create SAP purchase requisitions, reservations, and goods receipts
- Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and expeditors for material availability and delivery
- Track materials, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time delivery (RAS)
- Maintain documentation including Material Test Records (MTRs)
- Support material movement across warehouse, fabricators, and site
Requirements
- 1–3 years in project/material coordination or supply chain
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Basic understanding of BOM and inventory processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, or construction projects
