Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, process, and merchandise various meat products
• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries
• Adhere to all company guidelines and safety measures
• Work as a Fishmonger when required
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience as a meat cutter is advantageous
• Basic math and computer skills mandatory
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Capable of lifting up to 90 pounds frequently
