Position: Mechanical Engineer for Power Generation

In this Intermediate to Senior role, you will support the reliability and performance of our generating stations by managing equipment evaluations and executing maintenance strategies. Your expertise will directly impact the operational integrity of our facilities while mentoring less experienced team members. Frequent travel for fieldwork will be part of your responsibilities, contributing to real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance strategy development and inspections
• Investigate and resolve mechanical equipment challenges
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance standards
• Prepare technical specifications for equipment procurement
• Support major maintenance activities and turnarounds
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering; P.Eng. registration beneficial
• Minimum 4 years’ related experience
• Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting and optimization
• Knowledge of condition monitoring techniques
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP
