Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members warmly and genuinely every shift
• Manage check-in processes accurately and efficiently
• Support recovery and Pro Shop services with knowledge
• Learn members’ names, preferences, and encourage familiarity
• Handle inquiries and concerns with professional care
Requirements:
• Experience in customer-facing or service positions
• Strong verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Dependable and eager to maintain a professional standard
• Comfortable working with computer systems and basic software
• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR-C required
