Position: Mill Reliability Specialist Role

In this position, you will leverage your Mechanical Engineering background and five-plus years of relevant experience. You will represent the mill on capital projects, manage maintenance systems, and develop preventative strategies. Your expertise will also shine in safety leadership and improving maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and protocols
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on equipment issues
• Monitor and improve Mean Time Between Failure metrics
• Oversee preventative maintenance systems and documentation
• Support troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant roles
• Experience in kraft pulp mills is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
