Job Summary
We are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support the transfer and launch of new products into manufacturing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Coordinate process validation activities and production readiness.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering or New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Experience supporting manufacturing process development and product launches.
- Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
