Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and establish tailored treatment programs
• Maintain accurate clinical records following professional standards
• Communicate treatment recommendations to clients and caregivers
• Guide support staff assisting in Occupational Therapy
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Active participation in health and safety activities
• Commitment to confidentiality of client information
• Willingness to adapt to ongoing learning
