Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients and families in self-management and wellness plans
• Participate in collaborative interprofessional care planning
• Monitor and document patient responses to interventions
Requirements:
• Must have full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Knowledgeable in occupational therapy practices and methodologies
• Effective communication skills with patients and teams
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing circumstances
• Experience in documenting clinical progress accurately
